Are you having trouble starting a recording in the Vaam extension? 
Symptoms might be that the  button is unresponsive or disabled.
Follow these steps to fix the issue.
Make sure you're logged into the Vaam extension. If you're still unable to start the recording after following the above steps, try logging out and logging back in.
- Right-click on the Vaam extension icon in your browser.
