Can't Start Recording in the Vaam Extension

Are you having trouble starting a recording in the Vaam extension?

Solution Steps

1. Ensure You Are Logged In

Make sure you're logged into the Vaam extension. If you're still unable to start the recording after following the above steps, try logging out and logging back in.

2. Reset the Vaam Extension

  • Right-click on the Vaam extension icon in your browser.
  • Select Options or Settings.
  • Click the red reset button to reset the extension to its default settings.

3. Reinstall the Extension

If resetting doesn't solve the problem, try reinstalling the extension:
  • Go to the  Vaam Extension on the Chrome Web Store .
  • Click Remove from Chrome and confirm.
  • Reinstall the extension by clicking Add to Chrome.
